We share your information with venue owners only to the extent necessary to facilitate a confirmed booking (e.g., your name and contact details for the event).
We use trusted third-party service providers to process payments (Stripe), send emails, host infrastructure (AWS), and analyse usage. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for their own purposes.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
Payment card information is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider (Stripe) and is never stored on BookyTooky servers.
Despite our best efforts, no security system is impenetrable. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and receive a machine-readable copy of your data (data portability).
